Primopierre: a responsible SCPI invested mainly in offices

This is one of the strongest trends in the SCPI sector. Socially responsible investment, also known as SRI, allows investors to reconcile economic performance with social and environmental impact.

Recently, the SRI label is also applicable to real estate funds and therefore to SCPIs. Daniel While, Director of Research and Strategy at Primonial REIM, tells us about it and explains why the Primopierre SCPI is a responsible SCPI.
