The Management Company, after discussion with the Supervisory Board of the SCPI, has decided to set the subscription price of the share of the SCPI PRIMOFAMILY at 204,00 € per share.
This price will be broken down as follows:
- Nominal value : 150,00 €
- Issue premium: € 54.00
The issue premium includes a subscription commission of 9.00 % (VAT exempt) maximum of the subscription price, i.e. an amount of 18.36 € (VAT exempt), which bears the collection fees of 8.25 % (VAT exempt), i.e. 16, 83 excluding VAT (exempt from VAT) and the costs of studying and executing the investment programs related to each investment up to 0.75% excluding VAT (commission exempt from VAT, as the management company has not opted for it), i.e. €1.53 excluding VAT (exempt from VAT).
As a result, the withdrawal value of the shares, which corresponds to the current subscription price minus the subscription fee, will be increased to € 185.64.
The new subscription and withdrawal prices are applicable as of July 1, 2022 (inclusive).
The prospectus has received the SCPI visa n° 19-05 issued by the AMF on April 23, 2019. It is available online on the management company's website and can also be obtained on request from Primonial REIM France, 36 rue de Naples, 75008 Paris.
