Rue de la République

A new page in the story of the Rue de la République is being written at the heart of France’s 2^nd vcity thanks to a repositioning of mixed buildings initiated by Primonial REIM.

This property complex is developed over a total area of over 26,000 m² and comprises 140 assets, mainly mixed Haussmann-style residential buildings with shops and offices on the ground floor, ideally located on one of the main residential and commercial arteries of Marseille. This second city of France has almost a million inhabitants, with booming tourism carried by major projects such as EUROMED (biggest urban restructuring in Europe) and the Old Port, which has been renovated and pedestrianised.
Primonial REIM has worked on the complete commercial repositioning of the Rue de la République, historic heart and icon of the city, with the creation of a diversified offering based on local shops (food and drink, wellbeing, culture, etc.) meeting the needs of the inhabitants. These shops have prestigious tenants such as GIFI, Starbucks Coffee, Picard, Monoprix, Mc Donald, Naturalia…
