This real estate project, delivery of which is expected in the 1st quarter of 2021, is located in an established and mature property market at the heart of Val de Fontenay, leading business location of eastern Ile-de-France, on the plaza of Grand Paris station, served by two RER lines (A and E) and which will soon be enhanced with the arrival of two metro lines (M1 and M15) and one tramway line (T1).
